At Zigi’s Fireplaces & Woodburners, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your requirements and keep your hearth and home looking great. Please see below for pricing and for further details.
Delivery charges
UK Parcels
Our products are delivered to your door by way of Royal Mail. The prices for these services are below:
For small, single items, these are sent via Royal Mail Second Class at £2.99.
The pricing for most other items are detailed below:
Royal Mail Second Class Signed For = £5.95
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
Larger items, fixed fireguards, for example, are delivered to your door by way of Parcel Force. This service is priced at £11.99.

Costs for delivery of stoves will vary, depending on upon respective weights. Please see product pages for details.
Ordering More Than One Item
- If you are ordering more than one item, please be aware that items may not be delivered together if your order exceeds 10kg in weight.
- If you are ordering a stove, or an item exceeding 10kg in weight, and accessories together, your items may be grouped together and you will be charged only for the heavier item.
Remote Delivery Locations
- While we endeavour to have your purchase(s) to you within 5-7 working days, some remote locations, such as the Scottish Islands may take a little longer to reach you.
- We are unable to deliver to BFPO overseas addresses.
Delivery Address Options
- Your billing address does not have to match your delivery address. This is for your convenience, however, your billing address must match the address where your credit or debit card is registered.
Returns & Cancellations
- Products purchased online may be cancelled up to 14 days after you have received them. You may return via post or to any Zigi’s Fireplaces & Woodburners showroom or to Norwich Fireplaces & Woodburners.
- Products can be returned to any Zigi’s Fireplaces & Woodburners showroom or to Norwich Fireplaces & Woodburners, whether bought in-store or online. If you need to return your order for any reason, please check our returns and refunds page for more information.
Made to Measure and Made to Order Products
- Some products listed on our website are made to order. Where possible, we have listed the delivery times for these products. Unfortunately, we cannot return made to measure items, except in instances as specified in our Returns & Refunds policy, and, as such, these items are not available to order through our website.
